JianBox Privacy Policy

JianBox is a local file management and utility app. We highly value your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information.

2. Information We Collect

JianBox does not collect any personal data on our servers by default. All file operations (unzip, view, encrypted vault) are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

The following features may involve device permissions:

• Camera: Used for scanning QR codes and barcodes. Images are processed only on your device.
• FaceID: Used to unlock the local encrypted vault. Biometric data is stored and managed solely by the iOS system. We and any third party cannot access it.
• Photo Library: Used to select and save photos and videos. We only access files you actively choose.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

JianBox offers premium membership via in-app purchase. All payment processing is handled directly by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information (such as credit card details). Transaction data is managed by Apple's privacy policy, available at Apple Privacy Policy.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate Apple system frameworks (FaceID, Photo Library, StoreKit). These services have their own privacy policies governed by Apple.

5. Data Security

Your vault files are stored locally on your device using iOS system-level encryption (AES-256). We have no access to your files or encryption keys.

6. Your Rights
